Is Articfly available in the Shopify App Store?

Yes. Articfly is submitted as an unlisted public app in the Shopify App Store, meaning installs happen via a direct OAuth link rather than App Store search. The unlisted submission is currently under review (May 2026). Functionally, the integration works the same way as listed apps, OAuth, app installation, blog post creation, GDPR-compliant webhook handling.

What Shopify plan do I need?

Any Shopify plan that includes the Online Store and blog functionality, which is every Shopify plan from Basic ($29/mo) up to Plus. Articfly does not require Shopify Plus or any specific tier. The integration uses the standard Admin API available to all Shopify merchants.

Does Articfly write product descriptions?

No. Articfly is purpose-built for SEO blog content (informational and comparison articles), not product page copy. Product descriptions, technical spec sheets, and item-level detail are typically handled by your PIM (Product Information Management) system or written manually because they require precise product knowledge. Articfly content surrounds and supports your product pages.

How does this compare to Shopify Magic?
