Article Management
Manage your content library — from drafts to published articles. The Articles page is the central hub where you can view, edit, publish, schedule, and delete all of your content.
Article Statuses
Every article in Articfly goes through a lifecycle. The current status tells you exactly where each piece of content stands.
The article is currently being generated by AI. This typically takes one to two minutes. You can monitor progress in real-time on the Jobs page. Once generation completes, the article automatically moves to Draft status.
The article has been generated and is ready for your review. You can read the full content, make edits, copy the HTML, or proceed to publish. Drafts remain in your library until you take action.
The article is live on your connected WordPress site. It has been pushed to WordPress and is publicly accessible to your readers.
The article is queued for publication at a specific future date and time. When the scheduled moment arrives, Articfly automatically publishes the article to your WordPress site. You can modify or cancel the schedule at any time before publication.
The article generation encountered an error. This can happen if the topic was too vague or if a temporary service issue occurred. You can retry the generation from the article detail page — most failures resolve on a second attempt.
Articles List
The Articles page displays all of your content in a paginated list. Each entry shows the article title, status, word count, and creation date.
Filtering by Source
You can filter articles by their source. Articfly shows articles generated through the AI article writer. WordPress shows posts imported from your connected WordPress site. This gives you a complete view of all content in one place, regardless of where it originated.
Sorting
Articles are sorted by creation date (newest first) by default. This ensures your most recent content is always at the top. Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the list.
Article Detail
Click on any article to open its detail view. Here you can read the full content, review the structure, and take action.
View Full Content
The article detail page renders the complete article with all headings, paragraphs, images, and formatting. Review the content for accuracy and quality before publishing.
Copy HTML
Need to use the article outside WordPress? Copy the raw HTML with one click and paste it into any CMS, email builder, or HTML editor.
Publishing to WordPress
Once you are satisfied with an article, you can publish it directly to your connected WordPress site with a single click.
One-Click Publish
From the article detail page, click the Publish button. Articfly sends the article to your WordPress site immediately — including the title, content, featured image, and SEO metadata. The article status changes to Published once the transfer is confirmed.
Make sure you have a WordPress site connected before attempting to publish. You can set up the connection in the WordPress Plugin settings.
Scheduling Articles
Not ready to publish right away? Schedule the article for a future date and time, and Articfly handles the rest.
Pick a Date and Time
From the article detail page, select Schedule instead of Publish. Choose the exact date and time when the article should go live. Articfly uses your configured timezone (set in Settings) to ensure accurate scheduling.
Scheduled articles appear with the Scheduled status badge and show the planned publication date. You can reschedule or cancel at any time before the article goes live.
Deleting Articles
You can delete any article from Articfly through the article detail page. Deleting an article permanently removes it from your Articfly content library.
Important: Deleting an article from Articfly does not remove it from your WordPress site. If you have already published the article to WordPress, it will remain live on your site. You need to delete it directly in WordPress if you want to remove it there as well.
