Two Modes
The Article Writer offers two modes depending on how much control you need.
Standard Mode
Enter a topic and optionally provide additional context. The AI handles everything else — keyword research, structure, tone, length, and images.
Best for: quick drafts, content teams that want minimal setup, and users new to Articfly.
Advanced Mode
Fine-tune every aspect of the article. Advanced Mode exposes controls for target keywords, word count, image source, header image, AI model selection, and a deep research toggle for more thorough topic coverage.
Best for: SEO professionals, niche sites, and anyone who wants precise control over the output.
How It Works
Enter your topic
Navigate to Article Writer and type a topic or keyword. This can be broad ("email marketing") or specific ("best email marketing tools for Shopify stores in 2026"). The more specific your input, the more targeted the output.
Configure settings
In Standard Mode, you can add optional context in the additional information field. In Advanced Mode, set your target keywords (up to 20), desired word count, image source preference, and whether to enable deep research for more comprehensive coverage.
Generate
Click Generate and Articfly takes over. The AI researches the topic, maps semantic keyword clusters, builds an optimized H2/H3 structure, writes the full article, and sources or generates images. This typically takes 60 to 120 seconds.
Review the draft
The completed article opens in the editor where you can review the content, adjust headings, edit paragraphs, and fine-tune the text. The editor preserves all formatting, images, and SEO metadata.
Publish or save
When you are satisfied with the article, publish it directly to your connected WordPress site, schedule it for a future date, or save it as a draft to revisit later.
Image Options
Articles can include images from three sources. You choose the source per article in Advanced Mode, or Articfly selects automatically in Standard Mode.
AI-Generated
Unique illustrations created by AI to match the article content. No licensing concerns — these images are yours to use.
Stock Photos
High-quality stock images sourced from free libraries. Automatically selected to complement the article topic and section headings.
No Images
Generate a text-only article. Useful when you plan to add custom graphics, screenshots, or product photos manually.
Tips for Better Articles
Choose specific topics
Narrow topics produce more focused, actionable articles. Instead of "social media marketing", try "Instagram Reels strategy for B2B SaaS companies". The AI can research deeper when the scope is well-defined.
Use target keywords strategically
In Advanced Mode, add 3 to 5 primary keywords you want the article to rank for. Articfly weaves these into headings, the introduction, and body text at natural density. Avoid stuffing — the AI balances keyword placement with readability automatically.
Leverage additional context
The additional information field is powerful. Use it to specify your audience ("targeting small business owners"), desired angle ("compare pricing tiers"), or facts you want included. This context shapes the entire article.
Enable deep research for authority content
The deep research toggle in Advanced Mode instructs the AI to perform more extensive topic analysis before writing. This produces more comprehensive articles with better data points and broader coverage — ideal for pillar content and ultimate guides.
