Source Options
You can provide source content in three ways. Choose whichever is most convenient.
Paste text
Copy the article content and paste it directly into the text field. This works with any text source — Word documents, Google Docs, PDFs, or plain text.
Enter a URL
Provide the URL of any publicly accessible article. Articfly fetches the page, extracts the main content (stripping navigation, ads, and sidebars), and uses it as the source for rewriting.
Select from your articles
Choose an article from your Articfly library. This is the fastest option when rewriting content you have previously generated or published through the platform.
How It Works
The rewriting process runs asynchronously so you can continue working while it completes.
Submit the source
Go to Article Rewriter, provide your source content using any of the three methods above, configure your rewrite options, and click Rewrite.
Async processing
Articfly analyzes the source content, identifies the core topics and facts, restructures the article, and rewrites each section. The page polls for progress automatically — you will see a status update when the rewrite is complete.
Review the result
Once processing finishes, the rewritten article appears with a new title, slug, excerpt, and full content. Review the result, make any edits, and then publish it to WordPress or save it to your library.
Rewrite Options
These settings let you control how the rewriter transforms the source material.
Goal
Define the primary objective of the rewrite. Options include improving SEO performance, increasing readability, making the content more comprehensive, or creating a shorter summary. The goal shapes the AI's rewriting strategy.
Tone
Set the desired voice for the rewritten article. Choose from professional, conversational, authoritative, friendly, or neutral. The AI adjusts vocabulary, sentence structure, and formality to match your selection.
Keywords
Add target keywords that the rewritten article should include. The AI integrates these naturally throughout the content — in headings, the introduction, and body paragraphs — without keyword stuffing.
Preserve facts
Enable the preserve facts toggle to ensure the AI retains all specific data points, statistics, dates, and factual claims from the original article. When active, the rewriter changes the language and structure but keeps the underlying information intact. This is especially useful for technical or data-driven content where accuracy matters.
